I have a document I use every day and it is protected by the IRM of Office 10. I periodically must update my credentials by using the Configuration Wizard, and using my Windows Live Id. At the end of the process, I get the above message--that the credentials cannot be configured on this computer because the service is not available at this time--try later. This has been going on a week. When is Microsoft going to turn back on the tool? is it because of Windows 10 roll-out? cant you manage a simple program which is automated such as this? Please help.

I just find a blog about "Legacy RMS for Microsoft Account service end of life", I suppose this might be the reason of the issue.
